Church description

First Baptist Church of St Marys is a revitalized church nestled in the beautiful hills of West Virginia. FBC has a solid history of being a church that serves to touch the world locally and across the globe with ministries that transform lives with the HOPE of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Utilizing biblically based strategies comprised of the following components

 Bringing together “unchurched” unsaved and "unchurched" saved people – (Mission)

 Building  grounded disciples who can make grounded disciples.- (Discipleship)

 Equipping people to experience authentic community of faith – (Evangelism)

The people of First Baptist are known for their focus on doing “whatever it takes” reaching the lost and giving accessibility to people who do not attend church.

Atmosphere of fun and innovative worship services, and outstanding, practical, relevant Bible teaching and commitment to connecting people in groups. We are in the process of building a new Family Life Center to help support the growth of the Church.
