We are a large congregation in greater Atlanta who seeks to make God's love visible as we worship creatively, welcome intentionally, care compassionately, gather joyfully, learn purposefully, serve wholeheartedly, lead humbly, and give generously.

We are searching for an individual to energize the solid infrastructure of the TPC Youth Ministry by engaging parents and re-connecting youth. A recent survey reveals that our families would like to have an enthusiastic, trustworthy leader who can relate to our youth and shepherd their individual spiritual growth with compassion. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic teacher with a mature faith who can comfortably discuss the Christian journey in ways that are authentic, relevant, and theologically sound.

The Associate Pastor, or Director, should be ready to initiate creative changes to strengthen the relational component of the current program in light of the Church’s vision for 2020. Our goal is for our youth families to feel welcomed, respected, and cared for, both within and outside the walls of the church building. The Pastor should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to recruit, lead, and collaborate with a team of staff, youth advisors, parents, and teens in order to continue to provide enriching, thoughtful programming.
