Grace United Methodist Church is a thriving congregation that sits on over 25 acres in one of the fastest growing suburbs of Nashville. We are seeking a full-time Director of Student Ministries for grades 6 - 12. This congregation of over 1,400 members strives daily to create a place where each person can experience love as God intends through helping, healing and a place to call home.

The Director of Student Ministries will be an integral member of the executive leadership team. A unique characteristic of our team is its collaborative staff culture and team environment. Members of our team look forward to road trips, staff development studies, playful team excursions, and weekly staff meetings where we collectively plan and implement our God-sized dreams for our ministry areas. While we are proud that our church has grown 15% in attendance this year, we are even more proud of our Christ-like team culture that is growing from our staff and lay leadership through our entire organization.
