H2O Church is a non-denominational, Christian church located in Carpenterville, Il. Our church was planted three years ago with the goal of being a 'grass roots' organization. We didn't (and don't) have any large cash contributors to help us launch/maintain the church, we believed that if God wanted us to exist from one week to the next, He would provide...and He has provided through the contributions of our regular attenders.

The main purpose of H2O Church can be summed up in two statements:
1) Live Jesus: we are focused on building believers to be growing disciples of Jesus. Through Sunday ministry, discipleship groups, and service opportunities, we grow as a family.
2) Love People: We want to be a light for Jesus in our community. We have strongly focused since day 1 on hosting great, free, family friendly events in our community. We've seen hundreds of people attend our Movies in the Park showings, Father's Day cookouts, Holiday events, etc. We have a large following of people that know who we are and look forward to our summer events.

We have been able to host ministry events that would typically be beyond the means of a church our size. We can do this because we are intentionally lean and efficient in how we conduct our ministry. We don't spend big $$ on buildings, sound systems, salaries, and the 'Bells and whistles' of ministry.

We are looking for people to join us in making our impact for Jesus grow!
