Winstanley Baptist Church, a congregation located in Metro East St. Louis, has re-opened its search for a minister to students, who will also lead the education ministry of the church.

The position is full-time with negotiable salary and benefits. This person will complement the pastor and music director on the ministerial staff.

Expectations include care for and evangelism of students, developing leadership in and with the student ministry, and giving direction to the entire educational ministry of the church, focusing on age groups, teacher training, and encouraging.

Winstanley seeks an experienced team player who is spiritually mature, a natural leader and listener, an humble learner, and one well-grounded in faith. His view of the world should reflect deep engagement with Scripture. His people skills should be as strong as his convictions.
