Church description
We are a sovereign, non-denominational, unaffiliated church located in the pacific NW coast side of Costa Rica in the beach town of Playa Coco.
Our worship style is contemporary. We have a very loose relationship with The Vineyard. Our congregation members come from all denominations. Roughly 50% of our 200 member congregation are Ticos/Nicas and the other 50% gringos (US & Canadian) and their attendance spikes during the winter when they snowbird.
Perhaps a little unusual and something we focus on, is that about 30% of our budget is involved in missions. Skills training, feeding the poor, home improvement and providing backpacks are our 4 prime focus areas http://hopefellowshipcr.org/
