Hire a Youth Pastor

Church description

Our church is located in Greenville, NC home of East Carolina University. We are located near the campus, but our congregation is predominately made up of older saints (60-80). We do have good mix of younger couples with children (20-40) and mid-range couples (40-60. We feel a healthy congregation is a balanced congregation, so we are seeking to develop a family oriented church. We have about 16-18 youth who come on a regular basis and we've made a commitment to develop the youth department and expand this area of ministry. We are giving more resources to growing the youth in our church and hiring a full-time youth pastor is the first step. We currently have a part-time youth pastor and church workers, but we are interested in going to the next level. We'd like to see our youth department expanded where they go on mission trips and get involved in community activities.
