 Our church was founded about 35 years ago with an emphasis on worship, discipleship and missions.  We are blessed to have a strong foundation. We have a strong leadership team of Pastors, Elders, Deacons, and Ministry Leaders who desire to see God lifted up in our church and city.    
 We are located in sunny Sarasota, FL, just minutes from the #1 beach in America, Siesta Beach and our region is hungry for a mighty move of God.  Our church is very active with over 350 members and over 50 Small Groups. We have a great mix of people of all ages and backgrounds. We are a Spirit-filled church who believe that all spiritual gifts are still active today and when used in the proper setting as given in 1 Cor. 12-14, can be a powerful asset to the church and community. We base everything we do on the Word of God.  Therefore, applicants should be used to working in an environment of strong Bible teaching and spiritual gifts.  
   FOB is offering positions for a full time Youth Pastor. We are looking for Spirit-filled applicants who are team players with a great attitude and have previous training and experience. Applicants should also be married and have a degree in Christian ministry. Skills in leadership, planning, technology and counseling are a definite plus.
