At the Crossroads Ministries - Britt is a growing church made up of people from all faith and no faith backgrounds. God is working through our people to help bring people into the simple relationship with Jesus Christ. Our Purpose as a church is to have people Abide in Christ, Grow in Grace, and Extend His Love.
This is messy but it is effective.

Our church has a lot of children, youth and young families. We are located at the crossroads of Hwy 18 and main street which allows us to reach out in ministry to the whole of Hancock County and nearby counties.

Our church over the last 10+ years has turned its reputation around in the Community and Pastor Joel (and hopefully the future leader of Worship & Youth) will continue to impact the Communities around us inspiring members to bring more people to Jesus Christ

We have just expanded our facilities and have a vision for further growth and movement into satellite churches in Counties around North Iowa.

We need a person that is outgoing, passionate about making worship relevant so that people can encounter the presence and power of the Almighty God in a personal way. Excited with anticipation for worship by knowing that certain parts will be present, but not how we are going to put it together for that week. We need a person who is trained in Youth ministry and wants to make sure our children and youth are firmly rooted in God's Word so that they are secure in faith stepping into a tough world while being excited in how they can help transform it in the power of Christ and the Holy Spirit.
