Church description

St. Paul's has a long heritage and legacy in the German Reformed Tradition, and in Dallas. Currently the majority of members live more than 10 miles from the church, and thus we are seeking to reconnect with our neighborhood, while also modeling, teaching and enabling our participants to serve and bless the communities where they live, work and play.

We are primarily an older congregation, but one with several younger families and a heart to reach for what God has next for us.

The church hosts several German cultural events during the year, and is developing a concert series to share our music ministry with the larger community.

We host a private school and a daycare on our campus.

We partner ecumenically in our neighborhood and the wider north Dallas area for outreach activities.

We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas and help lead us into the neighborhood building new bridges with the families who live here.

While the UCC is a very progressive denomination overall, this tends to be a more moderate congregation, less publicly vocal on those progressive issues. We are both politically and theologically diverse.
