Director of Middle School Ministry

Job Description

Do you have a passion for young people and their families? Do you have a burning desire to see kids come to know Christ and be discipled in knowing and loving Him? Are you gifted and experienced in youth ministry in a church context that is Christ-centered and biblically-based? Are you knowledgeable about and do you resonate with the ideas and principles of a Sustainable Youth Ministry? Are you a person who loves to build teams of people and equip them for ministry and service? Do you have the God-given gifts of joyfully and skillfully teaching and communicating God’s Word? Do you love working collaboratively on a team of professionals, and are you a servant-leader and a team player? Do you resonate with Reformed theology and feel comfortable in a Presbyterian context?
