GCFC exists to encourage and equip Christians of all ages to become life-giving instruments of change for God by using both large and small groups to help people discover their God-given passions which will help them fulfill God’s plan for their lives.
Church description
Grace was started 37 years ago by the current Senior Pastor Phil Ellsworth. Located in the suburbs of Kansas City in one of the richest counties in the nation, Grace is a unique church in that it houses both a thriving daycare and private school for grades K-6. Grace is known as a multi-generational family church with all age groups including a vibrant nursery-grade school children’s ministry. Grace is a theologically conservative, Spirit-filled church open to the Gifts of the Holy Spirit as taught in 1 Corinthians 12, 13, and 14.
