We are looking for a Youth Pastor or couple that will hit the ground running, on fire for Christ and their ministry.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
-We are looking for a Youth Pastor or couple that is on fire for Christ.
-We are looking for a Youth Pastor that will hit the ground running and grow our Youth Group.
-We are looking for someone that is excited about their ministry and excited about their God.
YOUTH PASTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities will include all aspects of teaching, leading, and running a Youth Group.
You will be responsible for reaching out into the community and growing the Youth Group.
You will meet regularly with the Lead Pastor for Leadership, Guidance, Accountability, etc.
You will teach Wednesday Night Youth Group as well as Sunday morning Youth Sunday School.
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
A very supportive and encouraging body of believers that desire to see more Youth in the church.
A great space for Youth Group. There are 2 Youth rooms that can be arranged or used however you see fit for ministry.
A nice parsonage that you can live in without expense, as our Pastor and his family do not utilize it.
A wonderful "grandma" that is willing to help with the Youth. She is currently teaching Youth Sunday School and has built a great relationship with the youth.
An encouraging and supportive Lead Pastor that encourages thinking outside of the box and is open to youth functions, youth camps, youth revivals, youth conventions, and much more.
Our church needs more youth and young families.
We have a very solid core group that desires to see the church grow and desires to see Youth and families become part of the church family.
We are in an area that is very tourist oriented so we have a great influx of people in the summer.
We know that the Youth are not only the church of tomorrow but the church of today.
