Crossroads Baptist Church of Fort Myers FL exist to Glorify God by making disciples and giving every man, woman, and child a repeated opportunity to see, hear and respond to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

It is our passion and desire to have faithful representation and proclamation the Gospel in our circles of influence where we live, work and play. Our leadership team is striving to equip the people God has entrusted to us to grow disciple makers and we are faithfully measuring our biblical outcomes of discipleship to keep us focused and accountable to our mission.

We are currently receiving resumes for a full time Student Pastor position. If you love students, have a clear calling to Student Ministry and at least 3 – 5 years of full time experience we would be grateful to hear from you. Please submit a resume and cover letter to the email address below.

Our Student Ministry is growing and are currently averaging 55 plus students during our Student Ministry Sunday Night Service. There is also a committed student ministry volunteer team of 15 adults in place. In the next month with be renovating our Welcome center area and our Student Ministry area.

There is incredible opportunity for growth in the student ministries. We have fostered great relationships with our local schools and have open access into all of our schools. The local High School is about 4 miles from the church. The High School has over 3000 students in attendance and we are one on the largest student ministries in the area. Most of our H/S students represent this school but we do have two other High School in our area that we draw from as well. We have 3 Middle Schools that we primarily draw from that are in close proximity to our Church.
