We are seeking a full-time Director of Youth Ministry Experience: It is expected that the DYM has prior experience in a church setting. An advanced degree in Youth/Christian Ministry or Education is preferred. The successful canfor grades 6 through 12.

The successful candidate must possess the following characteristics:
• vision and an ability to plan, develop, coordinate, manage and implement a youth ministry within the parameters of PCW • excellent written and verbal communication skills • conflict management skills • social media skills • an ability to work effectively with youth, diverse individuals, and teams of volunteers
A criminal background check and drug screening is required.

Salary and Benefits: The salary will be commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, the DYM also will be eligible to participate in PCW’s health and 403(b) plans.

● A weekly multi-generational program, led by our youth, providing meals, clothing, and fellowship to people in need in a nearby city. ● A quarterly shelter program on our campus providing housing and meals for homeless families. ● Partnership with a congregation in Livingstone, Zambia that has included numerous reciprocal exchanges and has enriched the lives of many in both communities.
