Trinity Assembly is a growing church of approximately 80-100 people, with a large majority of young families. It is a multiculturally diverse church. We are looking for a part time youth pastor with a heart to reach teens in our church and community. We believe in discipling through personal contact as well as weekly youth services. Trinity is a family and we are looking for a person who must demonstrate a love for people as well as a dependable work ethic. The youth group averages 5-10 junior high and high school students. Salary and benefits will be provided. Rawlins is a rural community, largely unchurched, which provides great opportunities for ministry.
