Seeking a youth Pastor/Couple to take over for the lead Pastor and grow the youth ministry.

Job Description

We are seeking a couple who has a hunger for the Word and a gift and heart to teach and nurture the children & youth of WDBC. No formal education is needed, just a calling, a testimony of faith, and commitment to serving the body of Christ. You will be required to become a member of the church. Looking for someone on fire for the Lord who can be discipled and mentored by the Pastor & His wife.

< Assist in planning and creating a biblical learning environment for children & youth
< Plan and facilitate children & youth ministries and outreach
< Plan and create retreats and youth building events
< Serve with Pastor to lead and grow all facets of WDBC
We will start with a stipend that can eventually lead to a full-time paid position. Opportunity for free housing for single male or Male female couple n premises.

West Deer Bible Church

West Deer Bible Church is a local church, free from any denominational control. Its founding members, aware of growing apostasy, separated themselves in the spirit of II Corinthians 6:14-18. It is the intention of this church to be a church after the New Testament pattern, receiving into its membership only born-again believers in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God. This church shall be free from sectarian spirit, remembering that there is but one true church, the body of Christ, in which all born-again believers in Jesus Christ are members. This church recognizes only one guide to faith and Christian living, which is the Holy Scriptures.
We are unique in that we seek to evangelize to the world and grow in faith where he has placed us, as well as seeking to love and support the church outside of our community and abroad. We also strive to stay traditional in some aspects of our service as we simultaneously blend contemporary music and hints of modern change while keeping to Gods Word and truth in how we teach, preach and function as a body.
