Church description

Our church was founded about 35 years ago with an emphasis on worship, discipleship and missions. We are blessed to have a strong foundation. The founding pastor is still serving on staff today in the areas of Counseling and Visitation. I have just taken over for him as the new Sr. Pastor and I have been serving here full time for over 20 years myself. We have a strong leadership team and believe in the New Testament pattern of having Elders assist in shepherding and caring for the church. We are located in sunny Sarasota, FL, just minutes from the #1 beach in America, Siesta Beach. Our region is hungry for a mighty move of God and we are teaching our people ways to experience God each day. Our church is very active with over 500 members and 120 classes or events every month on average. We also have a Bible College and are about to embark on a large church renovation campaign. Our ministry is expanding so that we are now looking for both a full time Youth Pastor and a full time Music Pastor. We want someone who has a great attitude and is a team player. We are a full gospel church who believes in all of the gifts of the Spirit being active today for the purpose of evangelism and strengthening all believers.
