Church description
Westminster is a strong, lay-led ministry—a progressive church in a conservative area. It’s a vibrant, downtown mission-oriented congregation with 80 children and 100 youth in the programs as well as a graded choir system. Altogether there are a total of 300 participants in the music program, including many youth. We have a strong connection to the Montreat Youth Conference, which helps define our identity. We have a strong, integrated staff, where ministers for education, music, and the head of staff are all deeply committed to youth ministry.
