Church description
We are a Christ centered Episcopal Church that really loves our liturgical worship and the sacraments. We seek a person with the ministry skills to serve as both youth minister and director of our children's Sunday School. A team is in place to actively support our Youth Minister/Education Director. We have a full time intentional interim Rector (interim pastor)who will be here about the next 18 months. We are a church with a renewed vision, ready for the future that God will give us. We seek a Youth Minister who can combine leadership of our small but growing Sunday School for children. We foster a ministry position that supports youth and children's ministry; and that fosters the necessary autonomy needed by ministry professionals in order for them to thrive and be at their best. Of note, our youth group started a vegetable garden last year that is well tended and thriving. It yields produce regularly taken to the Akron Food Bank. This is about a half time position.
