Student Ministry Intern - New Life Bible Fellowship December 2019 - Present Creating a culture that challenges students to passionately seek Christ and share the gospel with the city of Tucson. Excel at fostering genuine relationships with students and parents. Develop and teach unique curriculum for small groups, Sunday morning services, and worship nights. Play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of numerous high school events including community outreach, winter camps, and high school mission trips.

Aquatic Coordinator - Young Men’s Christian Association August 2018 - March 2020 Recruited, hired, and trained team of 20 lifeguards and instructors. Developed event schedules for patrons that communicated various weekly events. Collaborated with management team to create a healthy, diverse, and active workplace. Partnered with community leaders and local organizations advocating for and promoting safety around water. Cultivated a fun atmosphere that engages swimmers with different skill levels and increases their ability and confidence in swimming.

High School Dean - Forest Home May 2019 - August 2019 Responsible for leading a team of 80 youth pastors, counselors, and students through a week of camp. Provided tools, developed leaders, and equipped youth pastors and volunteers to serve students. Planned, created, and organized a unique engaging week-long program for three thousand high school students and counselors. Youth pastors and leaders were often twice my age; however, my leadership style was well received. Producing original and creative solutions to a wide variety of challenges was a key piece of this role and showcased my ability to make quick decisions that affected large groups of people.

Interim Jr. High Director - New Life Bible Fellowship December 2016 to May 2020 Organized fun and engaging outreach events. Promoted Jr. high nights and connection groups. This role included mentoring volunteers and students, preparing lessons for Sunday mornings and creative problem solving. Adaptability, communication, and collaborating with volunteers and parents was essential to my job.

Lead Counselor - Bowery Mission May 2015 - August 2017 Served at-risk youth from New York City at Mont Lawn Camp as Lead Counselor. Directed cabins of twenty at-risk teenagers that required clear discernment and displayed an ability to make decisions that affected many people. Creating activities, leading lessons, and developing other staff members were key aspects of this role.
