God has called me to Pastor youth, to make disciples of them, guide them, love them, and to set an example.

Experience

For the last 10 years I have been a Middle School volunteer at Faith Church in Waterford, MI. I started by helping with the sports and small groups. But since then I have started teaching the weekly Middle School Sunday School, spoke in front of entire youth group during church camps, spoke to entire middle school group on numerous occasions and make monthly lesson plans.

My heart and desire is to see children (Specifically Middle School and High School) come to the Lord and grow in the Lord. They need someone in their life that they can look up to and help guide them. I literally feel that there is a piece of me that is missing when I don't see them as much during the Summer. My heart is with these kids every day.

Many parents have come to me and expressed how much I have meant to their kids and how much I impacted them. I give all the glory to God, and love that He put me in a place where I had that opportunity. I love my kids.

I have a passion to be with the Youth. I have been in intensive learning to finish my degree faster, and it has been tough. My expected graduation date is June 2013. But I believe this shows my dedication to these kids. Thank you for the consideration.
