I have a desire to serve children, youth and families with a comprehensive approach, building communities and serving others with the love and truth expressed in the gospel.
Received 6 month training on leadership techniques and practices through the United States Air Force Non-commissioned officer training course.
Acted as the department supervisor for the Occupational Health Program at the 911th Air Force Base, Pittsburgh for 2 years. I supervised 4 others and was responsible for over 300 Air Force personnel.
Directed the Children’s Chapel at St. Michaels and St. George. I planned and lead 2 services a week for 60 kids, Pre-K to 5th grade. This included songs, liturgy, homily and sacraments.
Started and sustained the Worship and Liturgical Student Fellowship during my time at Covenant Theological Seminary. I planned a weekly schedule of topics, arranged guest speakers and campus wide worship events.
Creative Writer - Science fiction short-story accepted for publishing in December Magazine.
Adapted the Revised common lectionary readings weekly for children’s worship. I created puppet plays, dramatized stories, paintings and physical activities to help explain complicated concepts to children of various developmental stages.

Redesigned the Occupational Health Program to create more efficient processes that raised OSHA compliance from ~70% to over 98%.
Created outreach surveys that lead to creative and innovative solutions for tracking utilization feedback for the West Virginia E-Directive Registry, an online repository of medical forms for physicians.
