Requirements:

Currently certified or willing to take training in First Aid and CPR

Complete a background check.

Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Responsibilities:
Attend ongoing Family Ministry training and meetings when necessary.
Attend Family Ministry leadership team meetings.
Support the Family Ministry Pastor and follow policies and procedures.
Provide and oversee monthly events that build community among families.
Coordinate small group gatherings with Family Ministry Pastor
Serve as Vacation Bible School Director with additional compensation hours.
Recruit volunteers to serve at Vacation Bible School.

Weekly Responsibilities:
Attend weekly church staff meetings and monthly all-staff meeting
Oversee staffing of nursery and preschool department ages 0 - 6 on Sundays from 8:45am to 10:45am.
Oversee the 11am Sunday School Hour serving as Head teacher from 10:45am to 12:15pm.
Oversee and coordinate Stay-and-Play ministry once a week
Recruit volunteers to serve in the classrooms during Sunday morning.
Enforce and follow correct child to teacher ratios when supervising on Sundays.
Develop a good relationship with volunteers, parents, and families.
Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude with the parents and the children who are in your care.
Collect attendance sheets each week and give the attendance sheets to the Minister of Family Ministry.
Keep rooms looking neat and clean.
