NorthPoint is seeking a Student Pastor to develop and lead the student ministry from 6th-12th Grade, while developing a strong connection between both young adult and kids ministries.

This position requires a person of utmost integrity & spiritual maturity who is a self-motivated and flexible team player. This person must have a heart for students with the ability to partner with parents and build a team of leaders for maximum effectiveness. This person should have strong alignment with NorthPoint’s mission, values, and culture. This person should have proven experience in student ministry. This person’s style should be relational with strong execution skills.
