Part Time Youth Pastor

Job Description

• Develop and implement a plan for youth to learn and worship at their specific grade level and to recruit and train leadership to carry out and staff the program. • Develop and implement seasonal, holiday, school or community events to enhance the Youth ministry. • Enlist other church members to participate in activities and events to enhance the Youth ministry. • Ensure materials and supplies are readily available and train teachers for the youth programs. • Select curriculum with the approval of the Senior Pastor. • Consistently and clearly communicate the ministry philosophy and program plans to parents. • Communicate with Pastor and Elders, church secretary, social media administrators the needs of the program and ideas. • Provide annual worship vision, with measurable goals and objectives to the Senior Pastor. • Must be a team player willing to work with volunteers, other staff members, youth, families and members of our community.
