Part Time Worship Leader

Job Description

• Develop and implement a plan to expand the LCC worship team (instrumentalists, vocalists). • Understand the technology used during Sunday services, including our livestream programs. • Understand our copyright licenses and our sources of music. • Work with the Pastor and current worship team to plan and perform Sunday services. • Oversee the sourcing of music to be used. • Schedule and lead weekly practice sessions. • Ensure music and equipment are available for worship team members to practice. • Consistently communicate with Pastor and Elders general plans, ideas for future events, results of outreach efforts, requests for large purchases (equipment or programs). • Provide annual worship vision, with measurable goals and objectives to the Senior Pastor. • Must be a team player willing to work with volunteers, other staff members, youth, families and members of our community.
