Archer’s Chapel of Frog Jump, (Halls) Tennessee is seeking a Youth & Family Pastor to help reach and disciple the current and next generation of students from 3rd – 5th and 6th – 12th-grade youth. Archer’s Chapel is experiencing an exciting time of growth and we want you to be a part of that! We are seeking a candidate who possesses a call to youth and family ministry, a strong passion for evangelism and discipleship, management skills, and work alongside our youth staff and committee. We are looking for someone with a desire to open their life to our students, community, and church. Archer’s Chapel desires a pastor who believes that salvation comes through placing one’s faith in Christ alone and does not adhere to reformed theology. The ideal candidate will have served in the ministry previously and understand the demand that the ministry presents. Having outstanding communication skills, proficiency in computers, knowledge of social media, teachable and open to feedback and accountability will be great in succeeding in this position. Planning skills for weekly meetings with youth staff & pastor, fun events, outreach events, mission trips, and outings. Opportunities to preach and/or lead worship may be pursued/offered. We are offering this position as part-time, which can/will become full-time. We seek someone to grow into this position as we grow our youth and the demands we see as we grow. Lead youth ministry

Host Parent meetings to make sure we are reaching them as well.

Attending student events (FCA, ball games, etc.)

Build repours with the Youth Committee and mentorship of the pastor.

Assist in Sunday Morning services.

Help in youth lead Praise Team with guidance, talents, etc.

Benefits Salary $32,000, vacation, etc.

Part-time = work another job that can coincide with this position and will not interfere. Other jobs would be flexible as this position will be flexible as well.

Work weeks can vary from week to week.
