Job Description

We are looking for our next Youth and Young Adult Director. We have a very active Youth program and a developing Young Adult Program. Our youth meet weekly for breakfast before school at a local fast-food restaurant as well as every Sunday Evening. The director is responsible for coordinating meetings, helping with transportation as needed (via one of the church vehicles), and working with parents. Additionally, the director will help us continue the growth of our young adult program via planning gatherings, coordinating resources, and building up our college outreach program.

St. Peter's Lutheran Church NALC

We are a well established (est. 1780) congregation of the North American Lutheran Church in Lexington, SC. We have 2 traditional worship services on Sunday mornings and a staff of 12 (2 pastors). We have a very active youth program and a young adult program that is growing. We are very active in the community in a variety of mission-oriented ways. Our most recent full time Youth and Young Director served on staff for several years before making the decision to further his seminary education.
