The Youth Pastor sets the vision for the youth ministry of Kaufman Assembly. They implement and promote both discipleship and outreach through a regular youth service as well as activities.
​It is vital that they be outgoing and personable. Much of their time will be spent building relationships with students and with parents.

​Our youth pastor will have a wide variety of opportunities and responsibilities including, but not limited to: video production, teaching, preaching, leading missions trips, conferences, etc. We are committed to investing in the life and ministry of those who serve in ministry at Kaufman Assembly. ​Requirements:

Called to ministry.

Credentialed / working towards credentials with the Assemblies of God.

Self-motivated, teachable, effective communicator.

Spirit-filled with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

Team player who champions the overall vision set by the Lead Pastor.

A "test-market" mentality: willingness to be creative and implement ideas that haven't been tried before.

A servant-spirit. A whatever-it-takes mentality.

Ability to have fun and laugh a lot.

Skilled with social media.

Creative.

Music abilities.

Adventurous.
