Job Description

Faith Covenant Church in Westerville, Ohio is seeking a Next Gen Ministry Director to oversee the Family, Children and Youth Ministry. This role provides leadership and vision primarily to Children’s program development, coordination, and implementation. Also requires providing direction to staff and volunteers who are committed to shepherding children, birth through fifth grade along with their families.
In addition, as Youth Ministry leader, be responsible for the oversight of the Youth program for junior and senior high students (sixth through twelfth grades). This role provides program development and implementation as well as direction for volunteers who are committed to serving Youth.

The FCYM Director is a servant leader who loves youth and wants to help them develop a personal relationship with God.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).
