Reviving. American Democracy under the leadership of Rev. Dr. William Barber and Rev. Dr. Jonathan Hargrove- My Research dealt primarily with fusion politics and grassroots movements and their contributions to American democracy primarily for people of color.
World House Gathering under the leadership of Rev. Dr. James Forbes- My research consisted of intentional exploration of the various conceptions of the Beloved Community that the Late Rev. Dr Martin Luther King Jr. so affectionately spoke of during his lifetime and service to the church and the black community.
The Call to Sacred Memory under Rev. Dr. David Goatley- My focus was on the impacts of Lynching(s) of African Americans and their expression of the Christian faith down south.
The Theology of J. Deotis Roberts under the leadership of Rev. Dr. David Goatley- My research focused on the writings of the Late Rev. Dr. Deotis Roberts concerning the role of the black theologian and the work of reconciliation.
The Great lakes Initiative Leadership Institute hosted in Kampala, Uganda under Rev. Dr. J. Warren Smith - My research in Kampala dealt will possessing a resilient faith during turbulent times.
Journeys of Reconciliation under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Edgardo Colon Emeric- During my research in South America I focused on the forms of lament as I listened to the stories of survivors during wars and famine in Peru.
