OBJECTIVE
Looking to obtain a part time job as a Youth Minister. Twenty-five years of teaching experience in Public Schools with students from preschool to tenth grades. Uncommon enthusiasm, patience and tact with outstanding communication; to finally speak the name of Jesus without persecution. Exceptional joy working with young people. EXPERIENCE
Victory Christian School, Tulsa, OK. Art Teacher: 2015-2016
 Designed and implemented D.B.A.E. art curriculum for pre-school to fifth grade.  Created bi-yearly art shows for over 600 students shown to a congregation of14,000  Collected box tops to purchase professional art supplies.  Contributed student works of art and scripture to nursing homes and veteran’s hospitals. • Taught Principles and Elements of Design using Discipline Based Art Education Art History. Techniques: painting, oil, watercolor, acrylic, sculpture, clay, pencil, pen, throwing on the wheel, making paper, fiber arts, jewel, murals, and plaster face masks. • Opened the classroom at lunchtime for student led Bible study grades 6th – 9th. Under the observation and later the approval of the Superintendent. • Lead teacher’s morning prayer, anointed lockers before school-opened. Counseled students and the community in crisis and trauma.
• Taught Student Bible Study, before school each Wednesday, held in library • Wrote a grant to bring Rachel’s Challenge to the school and the community. Program is based on the Columbine shootings in 1999. It is meant to equip students to replace acts of violence, bullying, and negativity with acts of respect, kindness and compassion. • Nursing Home visits with Gifted and Talented after school and on weekends.
• Classroom morning assignments of prayers during moment of silence
• Lead a successful campaign through the Board of Education that passed the National Council of Bible Curriculum in Public Schools
• Collected pennies for: Touching the Lepers, to send rice and water to India.
• Gathered blankets for the persecuted church in the Sudan. Program called, “Blankets of Love,” delivered to mission in Bartlesville. • Individual prayer and counseling after school for students and community during crisis

Cornerstone Church 13th St. Grove, OK 1999-2015
• Taught the Missionettes using the program: Apples of Gold. • Designed, sewed and organized costumes for productions of up to 2,000 members.
• Belonged to Praise and Worship each week for 15 years.
• Mission Trip to Utah for Pastors Conference. Created and implemented a play for Purim: helped design the food menus, taught Ester to students and gave out Native American Bibles.
• Vacation Bible School for 20 years: crafts, design sets, taught scriptures, put up sets, took down, and did Face painting.
• Mission to Kunming, China for one month. Taught Character Counts through Art, Music and plays using minimal resources.
• Through the church we became legal guardians to a brother and sister for seven years.
Community Service to Grove, Ok 1995-2015
• Royal Family Kids Camp. Helped teaching crafts and sets for Bible Bear. Girls had a “High Tea”, dressed in recycled prom gowns, gloves, subtle makeup and their hair done. They were escorted to a throne/chair to get their picture taken. The main theme was Ester, “You were born for a time such as this.” • Taught Focus on the Family, Love and Logic parenting program. Clients were either court ordered or attending the pregnancy center.
• Sponsoring a child in Zambia through World Vision EDUCATION
