During my education I have learned to efficiently research and develop presentations and written reports on a wide range of topics in both an individual and group format. I have acquired the skills to quickly develop rapport with many age groups, generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly agenda, and maintain a task-oriented focus while completing projects.

Through my work experience as an Assistant Youth Director and Substitute Teacher I have developed skills such as developing aa working relationships with families and their children, overseeing the work of volunteers currently working with the children, and ensuring children's safety while providing engaging lessons and games relevant to the lesson.
